House Rules

• No events of parties. Please note that this is a residential area with full time residents located on both sides of the property.

• Please keep outside noise levels down after 10:00pm to respect curfew

• No more than SIX guests may stay overnight on the property

• No smoking or vaping on the premises

• No Pets

• We ask that all amenities we have provided be left behind. Not only is it appreciated by us, but most importantly by the next guest that are counting on using all that is provided

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. We would really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. If you would like to request a late check out, please contact Raul Herrera. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check in.

The lockbox is located in the backyard and is attached to the back door. To open the lockbox, please enter the entrance combination on the dial and press the release lever down. Add or remove the keys. Close the compartment door. Scramble the combination dials to lock the door and conceal the combination. Lastly, please close the shutter door on the lockbox.

Parking Instructions

Plan ahead! Parking on the street fills up fast, especially on the weekends and holidays. Street sweeping occurs on Monday & Wednesday from 8:30am-12:30pm. Please do not park in the alley way, you will be tickets and/or towed.

Wifi Details

The wifi network is NewportBeachGuestWifi2.4/5g and the password is on the kitchen counter. There is also now a QR code located on the kitchen counter that allows you to scan and automatically connect to the household wifi.
